The game

Aura is a social entertainment app. Users build a profile, scroll through other people's profiles, and cast one vote per person per day to give or take Aura points. Scores update live and are ranked on global, national, and city leaderboards.

Aura is not a dating service, a professional network, or a measure of anyone's worth as a human being. It's a playful social game — treat it like one.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aura. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Keep your login credentials secure — you're responsible for any activity that occurs on your account.

Your username and profile photos are visible to other Aura users. Your email address and date of birth are private and are never displayed publicly.

You can delete your account at any time from Me → Settings → Delete account inside the app. Deletion permanently removes your profile, photos, votes, and all associated data.

Play fair

You agree not to abuse the voting system, create fake accounts to inflate scores, coordinate mass votes, or use any automated tool, bot, or script to interact with Aura.

Impersonating another person, uploading photos that aren't yours, or misrepresenting your identity are all violations of these terms.

Your content

By uploading photos or writing a bio, you grant DormData Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within Aura for the purpose of operating the app. You retain ownership of your content.

You must have the right to use any photos you upload. Do not upload content that is sexually explicit, depicts minors inappropriately, promotes violence or hatred, harasses another person, or infringes anyone's intellectual property.

Community

Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, impersonation, spam, and coordinated score manipulation are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account termination without notice.

You can block or report any profile in two taps from that person's profile page. Reports are private and reviewed by our moderation team.

Aura Pro subscriptions

Aura Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription. The purchase screen displays the localized full renewal price, billing duration, included features, and any introductory trial before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in App Store subscription settings and restore eligible purchases inside Aura. Cancellation stops renewal; Pro remains available until the current paid period expires.

Apple App Store — EULA

Aura is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of Aura is also subject to Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA will govern.

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for Aura or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Aura. Any claims relating to Aura — including product liability claims, failure to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, or claims under consumer protection laws — are our responsibility, not Apple's.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Disclaimers and liability

Aura is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores, rankings, or leaderboards will be accurate at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, DormData Studio's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Aura is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Aura is free, so this amount is likely zero.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Aura after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We'll note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
